A Multi-Concert Festival Celebrating the great Danish Composer

June 16-18, 2016

Discover the music of Per Nørgård, Denmark’s greatest living composer. Three illuminating concerts reveal his connections to American music and poetry, his vital contributions to the string quartet repertoire, and the influence of the soundscape of the natural world on his music. Highlights include a rare performance of his ravishing Night-Symphonies, Day Breaks plus ten major US premieres. With Lost Dog New Music Ensemble, Momenta Quartet, soprano Sarah Joy Miller, and percussionist Neeraj Mehta.

Each concert is $20, or purchase a Festival Pass for $45 (a %25 discount), good for all concerts
